The OKAZAKI HR Series Model HR0660 is a hand reamer made of High Speed Steel (HSS). It is designed to refine existing drilled holes of a similar size into highly accurate 6.6 mm diameter holes with a smooth internal surface finish and engineering-standard tolerances for an optimal, precise fit.

Feature

Premium HSS Material: Made from high-grade High Speed Steel for wear resistance, extended cutting edge life, and high heat resistance.

Straight Flute Design: Straight cutting flutes ensure stable material cutting, deliver a smooth and consistent surface finish, and make chip removal easy.

Self-Centering Lead Taper: Features a ground lead taper at the tip to assist in centering upon entry, keeping the reamer square to the workpiece even when operated by hand.

Standard Square Shank: The square end is designed for use with a tap wrench or T-handle wrench, ensuring a secure drive without slipping or spinning.

Application
