The OKAZAKI HR Series Model HR0520 is an industrial-standard quality Hand Reamer from Japan. Made from High Speed Steel (HSS), it is specially designed for the finishing stage after drilling with a drill bit, sizing the hole to a high-precision diameter of 5.2 mm. It helps eliminate burrs/tool marks and provides a smooth, uniform internal hole finish to engineering tolerances.

Precision Straight Flute: The straight flute cutting edge ensures precise removal of excess material and delivers an exceptionally smooth surface finish.
