The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR1030 is an industrial-grade hand reamer from Japan. Made from High Speed Steel (HSS), it offers high precision and accuracy, designed to finish and improve the bore surface quality to a diameter of 10.3 mm. according to engineering standards. It deburrs and smooths rough surfaces left by general drilling, providing a smooth and consistent finish.

High-Grade HSS: Manufactured from premium-quality Japanese high-speed steel, wear-resistant, and retains cutting edge sharpness for a long time.

Straight Flute Design: Straight cutting flutes provide easy directional control during reaming and deliver a fine surface finish.

Self-Centering Lead Taper: Features an extra-long tapered lead at the tip for excellent self-centering when starting by hand, preventing skewed reaming.

Square Drive Shank: Standard square drive shank for secure clamping in reamer handles or tap wrenches.

Application

Used for precision reaming of 10.3 mm holes to enhance dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
