The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR1000 is a high-quality, industrial-standard hand-operated precision reamer from Japan. Made of High Speed Steel (HSS), it is designed to finish pre-drilled holes to a precise diameter of 10.0 mm. It eliminates internal burrs and delivers a smooth, uniform surface finish, making it ideal for precision engineering applications.

Feature

Premium HSS Grade: Made of high-grade high-speed steel with high hardness and excellent resistance to torque and wear.

High Precision: Cutting edges are precision ground to ensure holes achieve the 10.0 mm size within the required tolerance.

Long Lead Taper: Features an extra-long lead taper at the tip to facilitate self-centering when starting hand reaming, ensuring straight, aligned holes.
