Made of High Speed Steel (HSS), it offers specialized precision at 9.96 mm (commonly used to prepare holes for 10 mm pins requiring an interference or tight fit). Designed to finish drilled hole surfaces to a mirror-smooth finish and achieve precise dimensions meeting strict tolerances.

Self-Centering Taper: Features a ground long lead taper at the tip for easy self-centering when starting hand reaming, ensuring accurate, non-tilted, straight holes.
