The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR0995 is a premium quality hand-operated reamer from Japan. Made of High Speed Steel (HSS), it is specifically designed for the final finishing process to achieve the highest hole accuracy of 9.95 mm. (commonly used for tight-fit 10 mm. pin installations). It eliminates roughness left by standard drill bits, delivering a smooth, mirror-like hole surface that meets engineering standards.

Feature

Superior HSS Material: Made from Japanese industrial-grade high-speed steel, featuring high toughness, excellent wear resistance, and superior cutting edge retention.

Precision Finishing: Precision-ground cutting flutes reduce dimensional deviation and improve internal hole surface finish.

Extended Lead Taper: Features an extended tapered tip for excellent self-centering when starting by hand, preventing the reamer from cutting at an angle.

Square Drive Shank: Standard square end shank fits securely into reamer handles or tap wrenches.

Application

Used for fine reaming of 9.95 mm. drilled holes to achieve perfect size and surface smoothness.
