The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR0910 is an industrial-quality manual hand reamer from Japan. Made from High Speed Steel (HSS), it is precision-engineered for the final finishing stage of hole making, refining pre-drilled holes to a precise 9.1 mm. diameter while delivering a smooth, uniform inner surface to minimize assembly tolerances in machinery.

Premium HSS Material: Made from high-grade high-speed steel, resistant to torque and wear, keeping its cutting edges sharp even under continuous use.

Long Taper Lead: Features an extra-long lead taper at the tip to assist in self-centering and guiding when starting manual reaming, ensuring straight holes without runout.

Straight Flute Design: Straight cutting flutes accurately remove minimal chips, ideal for achieving fine and smooth surface finishes.
