The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR0900 is a high-quality manual hand reamer adhering to Japanese industrial standards. Manufactured from High Speed Steel (HSS), it is meticulously designed for hole finishing operations, sizing drilled holes with maximum precision to 9.0 mm. while imparting an exceptionally smooth internal surface.

Feature

Industrial Grade HSS: Made from top-quality high-speed steel with high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and long-lasting edge retention.

Long Taper Lead: The cutting end features a longer lead taper than machine reamers, enabling easy self-centering when starting manual reaming to produce accurately aligned holes.

Straight Flute Accuracy: Straight flutes help finely remove small amounts of metal chips, providing a smooth and consistent internal hole finish while reducing roughness.

Square Shank End: Square shank end designed for a snug, secure, non-slip fit with tap wrenches or reamer handles.

Application
