The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) model HR0800 is an industrial-grade manual reamer made in Japan. Manufactured from High Speed Steel (HSS), it is designed for final hole-sizing finishing to achieve high precision and provide an exceptionally smooth inner surface finish, ideal for applications requiring much higher precision than conventional drilling.

Feature

High Speed Steel (HSS): Made of high-grade high-speed steel, offering high strength, wear resistance, and long-lasting edge sharpness.

Long Taper Lead: The cutting tip features a long taper lead that facilitates easy self-centering and proper alignment when starting manual rotation.

Square End Shank: The shank features a square drive end for a secure, non-slip grip in a tap wrench or reamer handle during use.
