The OKAZAKI CSC1S Series (Single Flute Countersink), model CSC1S12-30, is a high-quality countersinking and deburring tool from Japan, manufactured by OKAZAKI SEIKO. The body is made from HSS-Co (Cobalt High Speed Steel), offering excellent resistance to heat and wear. It features a unique Single Flute cutting design, which provides maximum cutting stability and reduces chatter issues much better than multi-flute models.

Feature

Anti-Chatter Design: The single cutting edge reduces vibration during operation, resulting in a smooth, clean, and accurately centered countersunk surface.

Premium Material: Made of Cobalt High-Speed Steel (HSS-Co), ensuring a tough cutting edge that retains its sharpness for a long time, even under heavy use.

90-Degree Point: Standard 90-degree countersink angle, ideal for countersinking holes to fit tapered screw heads flush with the workpiece surface.
