Made of HSS-Co (Cobalt High Speed Steel), it features exceptional hardness and high heat resistance. The Single Flute design ensures high operational balance, effectively eliminating chatter marks on the workpiece surface.

Feature

Single Flute Geometry: Having only one cutting edge delivers exceptionally smooth cutting and reduces vibration much better than multi-flute designs, ideal for applications requiring an extra-smooth surface finish.

Cobalt Steel (HSS-Co): The cobalt blend enables the countersink to maintain its sharpness longer, even when working with hard materials or under high cutting temperatures.

90-Degree Standard: International standard 90-degree countersink angle for surface preparation to accommodate flush-mount screws.
