The OKAZAKI HR Series (Hand Reamer) size 2.5 mm. is a precision reaming tool for manual operation (hand use) of the highest industrial quality from Japan, manufactured by Okazaki Seiko. The body is made from specially selected high-speed steel (HSS) designed for finishing operations to enlarge pre-drilled holes to micron-level precision while delivering a smooth, uniformly polished internal hole surface.

High-Precision Finishing: Provides extremely high hole accuracy and controls tolerances according to Japanese engineering standards

Excellent Taper Lead: Features a tapered lead at the tip to assist centering and guide the tool smoothly and stably into the hole when starting manual rotation

Industrial HSS Material: Made of premium high-speed steel material offering high rigidity, excellent heat resistance, and superior wear resistance

Straight Flute Design: Straight cutting flutes help maximize stabilization inside the hole and minimize vibration during use

Application

Used for precision reaming to enlarge or adjust pre-drilled holes to a perfect 2.5 mm. size

Recommendation: Must be used with a reamer handle (tap wrench) for manual turning only (not recommended for use with high-speed electric drills)
