The ANA Foot Valve model A131-0770 is made from premium genuine brass, designed for installation at the end of the suction pipe of a 2-inch water pump. It functions as a vertical non-return valve (Check Valve) to retain water in the pipeline and prevent it from flowing back into the well or reservoir when the pump stops running. This maintains pressure in the suction line, allowing the water pump to operate continuously and immediately without the need for priming every time.
