HAKKO FG470 Wrist Strap ESD System Tester with Calibration Report

HAKKO FG470 Wrist Strap ESD System Tester with Calibration Report
Specifically designed to measure the resistance of wrist straps and ESD footwear. Operating quickly and accurately, it indicates test results via LED indicators and a buzzer, ensuring personal grounding equipment functions properly in accordance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.

Features
Capable of testing both wrist straps and footwear in a single unit.
Touch testing system—simply touch the metal plate to measure resistance.
3-level LED status indicators: LOW (too low), GOOD (normal), and HIGH (too high).
Audible buzzer alert for Pass or Fail test results.
Supports connection to door opening/closing systems (External Output) to allow cleanroom entry only to personnel who pass the test
Adjustable resistance criteria (Upper/Lower limits) according to factory standards
Designed for both tabletop and wall-mounted installation

Applications
Screening checkpoint for personnel before entering Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA)
Electronic component, semiconductor, and hard disk drive assembly plants
R&D laboratories for devices highly sensitive to static electricity
