Features

Grit 80 Abrasive Nylon Bristles: Coarse grit grade designed for fast paint stripping, rust removal, and rapid elimination of wood burrs.

50 mm (2 inch) Size: Highly balanced size for working in corners or narrow grooves inaccessible to 75 mm brushes, while providing more contact surface than the 38 mm model.

Nylon Bristle Technology: Abrasive grit is embedded throughout the filaments, allowing continuous sanding until the bristles are worn down, and safer than steel wire brushes as bristles do not snap off dangerously.

Non-Corrosive: Highly suitable for stainless steel and aluminum, as it leaves no iron dust on the surface which could cause subsequent rust formation.

Application

Stripping in Narrow Areas: Stripping rust or paint along weld seams, gate gaps, or motorcycle parts.

Grain Texturing in Small Grooves: Used for highlighting wood grain (rustic finish) in small areas or relatively deep carved wood grooves.

Coarse Deburring: Clears wood burrs left over from cutting or planing in hard-to-reach areas where sanders cannot reach.

Compatible tools: Compatible with electric drills, cordless drills, or die grinders with a 6 mm shank.
