Extra-Coarse Aluminum Oxide (A) Grain: Uses 40-grit abrasive grain that is sharp, tough, and resistant to heavy grinding pressure, making it ideal for aggressive removal on very rough surfaces.

Powerful Flap Structure: The abrasive cloth sheets are densely arranged around the center core. Even under heavy grinding, it remains flexible and conforms well to curves and contours.

High Cooling: With a higher peripheral speed due to the larger wheel size, it creates excellent cooling airflow, reducing the risk of heat buildup and workpiece distortion.

Standard 6 mm Steel Shank: The shank is reinforced to withstand the centrifugal force of a 3-inch wheel, well-centered with Low Vibration.

Application

Heavy Weld Removal: Quickly grinds away thick, raised, and long steel or stainless steel weld seams.

Pitting Rust and Old Paint Stripping: Ideal for stripping deep-seated rust or thick paint layers on vehicle bodies, gas pipelines, or large steel structures.

Surface Leveling: Used to smooth rough metal surfaces from casting or gas cutting before moving to the fine grinding stage.

Compatible Materials: Steel, general metals, stainless steel, and hardwoods (stock removal).
