Medium Hardness (Medium/Polishing): Yellow signifies a medium-density foam that cuts scratches better than soft foam (orange), yet remains much safer on the paint surface than wool pads.

Open Cell Structure: Helps hold polishing compounds effectively and provides good ventilation during use, reducing heat buildup on the contact surface and preventing the paint from "cooking" or burning from friction.

Hook & Loop System: High-quality hook-and-loop backing attaches securely to the backing pad, preventing slippage at high speeds and allowing quick pad changes.

Application

Moderate Scratch Removal (One-Step Polishing): Ideal for removing common swirl marks and light scratches in a single step.

Gloss Restoration: Used to remove dull oxidation on the clear coat, restoring bright, deep reflection to the car paint.

Post-wool polishing mark removal: Used as step 2 after wool pad compounding to remove "holograms" (swirl marks) left behind from heavy compounding
