Features

Super Fine Aluminum Oxide (A-grade): Uses specially graded ultra-fine aluminum oxide abrasive grains to deliver maximum smooth sanding, reducing the risk of over-sanding the material.

Silk-Smooth Finish: Completely removes fine scratches left by grit 220 or 240, leaving a touchably smooth surface like silk.

Flexible Paper Backing: The backing paper is extra thin and highly flexible, easily rolled or folded for sanding in tight crevices or intricate carved patterns.

Anti-Loading Coating: Treated with an anti-loading coating to prevent the buildup of wood dust and paint, keeping the abrasive surface from clogging easily even with very fine grains, allowing full use of the entire sheet.

Application

Woodworking (Ultra-Fine Sanding): Used for a final light scuff-sanding on raw wood surfaces before applying wax or wood finishing oil for the smoothest possible finish.

Paintwork (In-between Finish Coats): Ideal for light sanding between coats of spray paint, lacquer, or the 2nd–3rd varnish coats to remove overspray or small dust nibs for an ultra-smooth, uniform surface.

Plastic Surface Sanding: Used for removing mold seam lines or blending joints on premium-grade plastic parts for a soft, matte finish.

Soft Metal Surface Preparation: Used for cleaning and initial pre-polishing on aluminum, brass, or copper.
