The Makita A-86686 grooving chisel is an accessory for SDS-PLUS rotary hammers featuring a curved, spoon- or U-shaped profile specially designed for wall channeling in plaster or brick. With a 20 mm width and 170 mm length, it enables consistent groove depth and width, making the embedding of electrical or plumbing conduits neater and much more time-efficient than using standard flat chisels.
