E-17170 Flat bit 8mm
Makita E-17170 flat bit for wood, size 8 mm, hex shank, precise wood drilling, excellent access in tight spaces
Description: Makita E-17170 is a small flat bit of just 8 mm focused on high agility, designed for craftsmen who need to drill small-diameter holes with greater depth than standard twist drill bits. With a length of 150 mm, it excels at drilling through thick wooden boards or hard-to-reach spaces. The high-quality steel material provides superior resistance to breaking and bending. The sharp tip instantly bites into the wood without slipping.
Feature
High-precision centering tip reduces vibration when starting drilling. Compact paddle design requires less power from the drill, extending battery life for cordless drills. Quick-change hex shank offers convenient use and easy bit changes.
Application
Used for drilling pilot holes for screws, small wooden furniture assembly, or routing communication signal cables through wooden partitions and walls that require small holes with extra depth.
