Specifications

- The MAKITA B-11271 holesaw is a Bi-Metal (BiM) holesaw for drilling small 19 mm holes, with a maximum usable cutting depth of 40 mm.

The body is made of Bi-Metal High-Speed Steel (HSS Bi-Metal) with teeth reinforced with 8% Cobalt. Cobalt enhances strength and heat resistance against friction when drilling hard materials such as steel or stainless steel, allowing the holesaw to last longer and maintain sharpness better than standard holesaws.

The key feature is compatibility with the Ezychange Quick-Change System, Makita's unique quick-attach mechanism. This system offers 2 main conveniences:

Bit change: Instantly change to other holesaw sizes without needing any extra tools.

Slug ejection: Allows users to easily and quickly push and remove the cut core slug from inside the hole saw.

The Progressive Tooth Geometry design provides smooth cutting starts, reduces vibration, and increases cutting speed.
