- The MAKITA B-16754 hole saw is a heavy-duty Bi-Metal (BiM) hole saw with a diameter of 40 mm and a maximum usable cutting depth of 40 mm. Made from high-speed bi-metal steel (HSS Bi-Metal) infused with 8% Cobalt to significantly extend service life and provide excellent heat resistance when drilling tough materials.

The core of this model is the Ezychange system, a quick-change mechanism using a single arbor for hole saw sizes ranging from 16 mm to 152 mm. This system allows users to:

Instantly change hole saw sizes without requiring any tools

Easily remove the pilot drill bit

Quickly and safely eject the core slug stuck inside the hole saw

The Progressive Tooth Geometry design provides more progressive and faster material cutting compared to standard Bi-Metal hole saws.
