The MAKITA B-00957 hole saw belongs to the TCT Sheet Metal Hole Saw range, an elite-grade heavy-duty cutter featuring a 27 mm diameter and a maximum cutting depth of 10 mm. Its tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) teeth are welded to the body, providing significantly higher heat and wear resistance compared to conventional Bi-Metal hole saws.This TCT hole saw is specially designed for efficiently drilling hard, thin materials such as stainless steel sheets, steel, galvanized iron, aluminum, PVC, and fiberglass, with a maximum metal sheet drilling capacity of approximately 4 mm. The hole saw comes with a built-in center drill bit and a 10 mm shank, which is the standard size for smaller TCT hole saws.
