MAKITA B-36114 BIM Hole Saw is a premium-range annular cutter for drilling 152 mm diameter holes. It features a rugged Bi-Metal construction with saw teeth made of high-speed steel (HSS) fortified with an 8% Cobalt Alloy, ensuring superior resistance to heat and wear during tough metal cutting, such as steel and stainless steel.This hole saw has a working length of 20 mm, specifically engineered for drilling thin materials (sheet metal), with a cutting capacity of 0.8–5 mm for mild steel and 0.8–2 mm for stainless steel. The Vari-Pitch tooth design delivers efficient cutting while minimizing vibration. This large hole saw must be used with a suitable Makita arbor and pilot drill (typically a large arbor for 32–152 mm hole saws, such as the D-21836).
