The MAKITA B-29739 Bi-Metal hole saw is a high-quality annular cutter with a diameter of 25 mm. It is made of Bi-Metal, combining a flexible spring steel body with High-Speed Steel (HSS) teeth containing 8% cobalt. The 8% cobalt increases hardness and heat resistance, allowing the cutter to cut through hard metals such as steel and stainless steel longer than standard HSS hole saws. The hole saw has a working length of 20 mm, which is sufficient for most sheet materials. This model must be used with an arbor and a pilot drill, which are sold separately.
