MAKITA D-17061 is a Bi-Metal (BIM) holesaw with a diameter of 38 mm (1-1/2 inches). Made from high-quality bi-metal material, its teeth are crafted from High-Speed Steel (HSS) for sharpness and durability, while the holesaw body provides flexibility to prevent breakage. It is ideal for efficiently drilling holes larger than standard drill bits can make. The maximum cutting depth is 38 mm, which is sufficient for drilling through pipes, electrical wires, or medium-thickness sheet materials. It can be used with an arbor with a hex shank (for 3-jaw chuck drills) or SDS-PLUS (with a pilot bit).
