The MAKITA B-06909 jigsaw blade is a premium T-Shank (Bayonet) blade designed for cutting highly abrasive and hard specialized materials that standard steel blades cannot withstand. Its greatest highlight is its Tungsten Carbide (TC/HM) tooth material, a hard metal with wear resistance many times greater than steel. The blade has an overall length of 132 mm and coarse 6 TPI teeth. This coarse tooth pitch enables fast cutting and focuses on aggressive, highly efficient chip evacuation, making it an indispensable blade for installers working with modern materials such as smart boards or fiberglass-reinforced materials.
