The MAKITA A-86290 model L-1 jigsaw blade set is an extra-long blade designed primarily to enhance cutting capacity for materials up to 90  mm thick. Made of High Carbon Steel (HCS) with good flexibility, it is ideal for cutting softer materials. Featuring coarse 6  TPI Ground and Taper Ground Teeth, it clears sawdust rapidly, resulting in high cutting speeds and relatively clean cuts for thick timber.
