The miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in the Schneider Electric Acti 9 iK60N series is a 1-pole (1P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 40 amperes (40A) and a Curve C tripping characteristic. It has a breaking capacity of 6000 A (6kA)  compliant with the IEC/EN 60898-1 standard, DIN rail mounted, and suitable for protecting high-power electrical circuits in 1-phase systems, such as large water heaters/boilers or large air conditioners in residential and commercial buildings.
