The mesh structure allows oil, solvents, or water to drain effectively, making the PM-7 tray ideal for use in parts washing and drying processes.

Specifications
- Rapid liquid drainage: The perforated steel mesh structure  allows water, oil, or solvents to flow through and drain completely from parts, preventing moisture accumulation.
- Convenient transport:Equipped with handles for easy and safe manual lifting and moving, ideal for operations in production processes involving frequent workpiece transfer.
- Corrosion resistance: Made of steel with a zinc-plated surface finish,  offering high resistance to rust and corrosion caused by moisture or mild chemicals.
- Lightweight and space-saving: Weighs only 1.4 kg and is designed to be stably stackable  vertically, saving storage space and reducing handling effort.

Applications & Usage
- Washing and cleaning of medium-sized parts:Used as a container for placing parts into washing baths or automatic washing machines, as water or cleaning solvents can flow through and drain out rapidly.
- Parts storage during drying or air-drying:Suitable for holding freshly washed parts so water or moisture can evaporate quickly, especially when stacked on shelves requiring air circulation.
- Managing oily parts on production lines:Used to transport and store parts with remaining coolant, where the mesh helps drain oil into a bottom tray (if any) before moving to the next production step.
- Kitting assembly parts for frequent movement:Used to gather required parts for small to medium assembly sets, using handles to move the kitted parts to assembly points easily and quickly.
