The blade has a diameter of 7 inches (approx. 180 mm) with a standard arbor hole compatible with various grinders and cutters. It is manufactured using Sintered technology, which blends diamond powder with a metal binder, then presses and heats it at high temperatures to fuse them together. This ensures the diamonds are firmly bonded to the blade body, providing wear resistance and a long service life. The "Turbo Rim" design features continuous serrated segments or small flutes that increase cutting contact area, reduce friction, and dissipate heat effectively, allowing for faster and smoother cuts. This blade can be used for both Dry Cutting—convenient for jobs where water is not desired—and Wet Cutting with water cooling to help reduce dust, lower heat, and extend blade life.
