These gloves are specially developed for strictly controlled environments such as cleanrooms, particularly for Class 100 (ISO Class 5) and higher. This model is designed to reduce ionic contamination (low ion contamination) and minimize particle generation (low-lint), which is extremely critical in the electronics, semiconductor, and medical industries. The gloves are made from nylon and fully coated with polyurethane (PU), providing a smooth surface that resists dirt adhesion and allows easy cleaning of contaminants. Despite the full coating, these gloves feature water-resistant properties while remaining breathable, allowing internal moisture such as sweat to evaporate, reducing dampness and ensuring comfortable work. The E0110 has a thickness of approximately 0.4 mm, providing a good balance between durability and delicate tactile sensitivity. The design positions the seams above the fingernails so they do not touch the fingertips, allowing full and precise fingertip dexterity. Additionally, they are washable, allowing for reuse, which helps reduce long-term costs.
