A chemical protective coverall designed to reduce heat and discomfort for wearers across various work environments, especially during prolonged use. The highlight of this suit is the Dual Material technology used in its construction:

Front and arms: Made of Microporous PE Laminate (microporous polyethylene laminate), a high-performance material that protects against fine particulates and liquid sprays while remaining breathable to a certain degree.

Back panel (typically blue or white): Made of SMMMS Polypropylene (5-layer non-woven fabric), a highly breathable material that allows heat and moisture inside the suit to escape more efficiently, reducing heat buildup and heat stress for the wearer.

The 4540 suit is certified according to European standards for chemical protective clothing, CE Category III, which is a high standard for protection against serious hazards, providing protection:
- Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1): Protects against airborne solid particles and hazardous dusts, such as asbestos and cement dust.
- Type 6 (EN 13034): Protects against limited liquid splashes or light chemical spray.

An essential additional feature is the anti-static coating on both sides of the suit according to the EN 1149-5 standard, which helps reduce the risk of static charge buildup that could generate sparks in flammable environments. It also features super low-linting properties, making it ideal for environments that require fiber contamination control, such as in the pharmaceutical industry or cleanrooms.
