It is a protective suit designed to reduce heat and discomfort during prolonged wear without compromising protective performance. This coverall is made from SMMMS Polypropylene material, which is a 5-layer non-woven fabric structure (Spunbond-Meltblown-Meltblown-Meltblown-Spunbond). The outer and inner Spunbond layers provide strength and protection against liquid splashes, while the 3 middle Meltblown layers serve as a particle filter. This SMMMS material features a lightweight and exceptionally breathable design, helping to reduce heat build-up and heat stress for the wearer.

Additionally, the 4520 coverall features a green back panel, typically using highly breathable SMMMS material in this area to enhance air circulation and better reduce heat. The 4520 suit is certified to European standards for chemical protective clothing CE Category III, providing protection against:
- Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1): Airborne solid particles and hazardous dusts
- Type 6 (EN 13034): Light Liquid Splashes

An additional key feature is the anti-static coating on both sides of the suit according to EN 1149-5 to reduce the risk of static charge buildup, along with low-linting properties, making it ideal for environments requiring contamination control from fabric fibers.

The suit design considers maximum mobility and comfort, featuring a 3-Panel Hood designed for a snug fit and excellent compatibility with other PPE such as respirators and safety glasses. It features a front Two-way Zipper with a Storm Flap for convenient donning and doffing while providing enhanced protection, along with Elasticated waist and ankles, and Knitted Cuffs for better comfort and fit.
