It is a protective coverall designed for comfort and protective performance across a wide range of applications. Made from Microporous PE Laminate material, which laminates a micro-porous polyethylene (PE) film onto a non-woven polypropylene (PP) fabric. This material enables the suit to be highly breathable (Moisture Vapor Permeable), keeping the wearer comfortable and reducing internal heat build-up while still protecting against solid particles and liquid mists.

The 4510 coverall is certified to European standards for chemical protective clothing CE Category III, which is a higher standard than the 4500 model (CE Category I), providing key protection including:
- Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1): Airborne solid particles and hazardous dusts
- Type 6 (EN 13034): Protection against light liquid splashes

In addition, the suit features anti-static coating on both sides in accordance with the EN 1149-5 standard, helping to reduce the risk of static charge accumulation that could generate sparks, and is also low-linting, making it ideal for tasks requiring contamination control.

The suit is designed for comfort and freedom of movement. It features a two-way zipper on the front with a storm flap for enhanced protection, elasticated hood, waist, cuffs, and ankles for a snug fit and preventing contaminants from entering, as well as a 2-panel hood engineered for a secure fit.
