The 7744C particulate filter is an advanced filter developed from the 7744 model by adding an activated carbon layer into the filter structure. This provides not only high particulate filtration efficiency compliant with P2 standards (filtering at least 94% of dust, mists, and metal fumes), but also the ability to absorb unpleasant odors and nuisance-level organic vapors. This filter is made of electrostatically charged polypropylene to enhance capture efficiency for fine particles. Its ultra-thin and lightweight profile minimizes burden on the user and easily attaches to the 3M™ 7770K Series half facepiece respirators (7771K, 7772K, 7773K).
