BOSCH GEX 18V-150-3 Professional Cordless Sander, Cam System 0601372904 (Bare Unit)

Cordless random orbit sander BOSCH GEX 18V-150-3 Professional, eccentric system 0601372904 (tool only (no battery))
The Bosch GEX 18V-150-3 Professional cordless random orbit sander is exceptionally well-balanced, featuring a grip area close to the workpiece to ensure optimal tool control in every working position. Its superior ergonomic design makes it easy to operate with one or both hands, reducing fatigue during extended sanding. This sander delivers high performance and a high material removal rate thanks to its powerful brushless motor and 3 mm sanding orbit. In addition, it significantly reduces dust with its sanding pad featuring an integrated Venturi airflow channel and an innovative dust box with Click&Clean interface, offering simple and convenient operation via the HMI (Human Machine Interface).

- Dust Box: Helps collect dust from sanding
- Guard Ring: Protects workpieces and the sanding pad from impacts when sanding close to edges

Applications
- Wood Sanding: Ideal for stock removal, surface preparation, or fine sanding
- Paint and Lacquer Sanding: Used for stripping old paint or preparing surfaces for repainting
- Intermediate Sanding: For sanding between paint or finish coats to achieve a smooth surface
- Fine Sanding: Ideal for final finishing to achieve a smooth, beautiful surface
Versatile Surface Applications: Can be used on various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic (depending on the type of sandpaper)

Considerations
- Size: Despite its compact design, the 150 mm size may be too large for detailed work or very tight spaces
- Battery Weight: Adding a battery slightly increases the overall weight of the tool, which may affect handling during prolonged use
- Not Suitable for Very Rough Sanding: Despite high material removal rates, it is still a random orbital sander designed more for surface smoothness than extremely aggressive stock removal (such as heavy deburring), which may require other, more suitable tools
