ANEST IWATA WIDER2A Large Automatic Spray Gun Not including paint cans

ANEST IWATA WIDER2A Large Automatic Spray Gun Not including paint cans
It is the most common type of paint spray gun and can be used in various industries and paints such as metal, steel structures. Patterns on cars, resin, woodwork, even furniture. Especially for painting robot drawing spindles and pistons. The most important thing in the product is the industrial coating added. "Quality and Stability" With a wide range of applications, the best spray guns that adapt to these changes have been created. 23 years since its launch, the WA-200 has been modified to this new "WIDER" model. The rugged design has changed to a more complex design and a new model has been born with improved maintenance.

Multipurpose automatic paint sprayer
This WIDER2A has a built-in air valve, can spray with just one three-way solenoid valve. Because atomized air can be left in the box, it can be sprayed without the need to assemble a complex system. Pattern adjustment is performed by manually rotating the pattern adjustment device, so it cannot be operated remotely.

Differences from the old version
- The air cover assembly has been changed from the original 1mm to 1.5mm to make it easier to put on and take off.
- The adjuster used to be a 32mm box wrench but can now be adjusted without tools.
- Using special tools to install the pneumatic valve seat assembly. But this can now be done with a 14 mm box wrench.
- Easy maintenance by equipment for spray painting.
- Adjust linear format Sophisticated design with minimal paint adhesion to the body

Nozzle and needle
Suitable for water-based coatings, high hardness, effective long-term spray wear and corrosion, suitable for small parts, small spraying, high atomization spraying effect, often combined with a fixed gun frame for automatic spraying. machine, piston spray mixer and painting robot, suitable for production, wide for use in 4C industries such as industrial communications, IT, consumer electronics, automotive electronics.

design
After adopting ergonomic design We found that the spray gun was lighter than walking. The buttons are tapered and deeply grooved. Makes precision easy with the tall handle. It has also improved its ability to function when using small amounts of paint.

Maintenance
The new WIDER has been designed for easy maintenance by changing the pitch of the cap screw from 1 mm to 1.5 mm, allowing it to be tightened in just one pass. In addition, the air cap and paint have a quick-fitting connection. Makes it easy to install

format modifier
The newly developed pattern adjusting device responds linearly, with one rotation covering approximately 35% of the total pattern width. 1.5 rotations approximately 50% and 2 rotations approximately 70%, making it easy to Using the format according to your needs

Ba valve set
In a normal air valve set The dimensions of the airway openings are combined. Therefore, there is a difference in air volume. It is possible to affect the width of the sprayed paint. The structure of the new WIDETR has been investigated. and by making the openings evenly Therefore helping to make the air valve more stable.
