Correct usage steps
1. Check the valve needle, gasket, air valve gasket seal. If there is a leak, it should be replaced immediately.
2. Oil and gas control valves should be oiled to keep them flexible. The internal air conditioning needle and valve should also be frequently lubricated with spring oil.
3. Pay attention to the nozzle. Check to see if the nozzle is damaged after assembly. Pull the trigger to check atomization and fuel.
4. Check the condition of the paint sprayer to make sure it is in good condition and ready to use.
5. You should be careful not to damage the spray gun from being hit or dropped.
6. Stop working. The tip of the spray gun should be soaked in solvent to prevent the paint from drying out and the nozzle being clogged.
7. The paint spray gun should be cleaned after every use. Otherwise, the paint channel will become clogged (2K paint).
