Anest Iwata PR-5B PAINT REGULATOR
This tool is a pressure regulator from Anest Iwata brand, used to adjust the paint that uses the form of a diaphragm to stabilize the pressure and flow rate. To control the quality of painting work, such as controlling the paint film that coats the workpiece with a consistent and exact thickness. Throughout the painting process, there are two types of pressure regulators that differ in the supported pressure levels. Because it is a diaphragm, the pressure regulator when in contact with the paint The touch is the manner in which the paint comes into contact with the diaphragm and pushes the paint out not too hard, which makes the adjuster easier and more convenient to clean.

Installing the back pressure relief valve
- Bring back pressure adjusting valve (in case of PR-B5B is aluminum and PR-B5BN is stainless steel) to install in paint conveying section for circulating.
- Connect the colored wire to the valve body in both inflow and outflow.
- Connect the back-flowing paint line from the paint gun body into the "inflow" section of the back-pressure adjusting valve.
- Connect the paint hose that acts as the flow from the anti-back pressure adjusting valve in the "outflow" section that conveys the paint to the paint tank where the paint supply system starts.
