1. Can I request a quotation on the website, and how do I do it?
Answer: On the website www.itoolmart.com, you can print a quotation from the website by adding products to the shopping cart and completing an online order first. After successfully placing the order, an order email will be sent to your mailbox, and you can print the quotation via your mailbox.
2. Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

3. What are the shipping terms and delivery fees?
Answer: Thank you to all customers for placing your trust in ordering products through www.itoolmart.com. Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping distance and product weight. For general products, shipping fees start from 50–200 THB depending on the courier company.
4. What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
Answer: If you specify the delivery location as a company address, you will be able to receive the product on the next business day, delivered by company staff. However, if you specify the delivery location as a residential address, you will be able to receive the product within 1–3 days via Kerry Express and Thailand Post. In the case of upcountry customers, you will be able to receive the product within 3–5 business days via Kerry Express, Thailand Post, or other supported private couriers.
5. Can I exchange or return an item after receiving it?
Answer: The company is pleased to accept product exchanges or returns within 7 days after ordering according to the following cases (except for spare parts products, which cannot be returned or exchanged):
In the event that the company delivers products to the customer that differ from the details in the customer's latest order confirmation, the company is pleased to accept an exchange and deliver the correct products to the customer within 7 business days at no additional charge.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange a product, such as changing the product model, the customer must ship the product back to the company. The company reserves the right not to cover the return shipping costs to the company, and the product must not be damaged from use. The company will inspect the product before shipping the new product to the customer. In the event of reshipping to the customer via Thailand Post, Kerry, or other private couriers, the company reserves the right to charge actual shipping fees for sending the product back to the customer. For delivery by company staff, the company reserves the right to charge distance-based delivery fees for sending the product back to the customer.
In the case of tool products (customers should inspect the product immediately after receiving it from delivery personnel; if the product is found to be defective or damaged prior to receipt, or cannot be powered on upon receipt, please notify staff via E-mail at [email protected] or Line @toolmartonline immediately). In the event that the product is damaged, defective, or the model/color is incorrect due to a mistaken order by the customer, the company grants the customer the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days (cannot be refunded as cash, check, or bank transfer), but the product can be exchanged for other models sold by itoolmart. The product must not be damaged from use; the company will inspect it before sending a new product to the customer or submitting it for repair according to the warranty conditions of that product.
In the event of a product return or order cancellation (under company policy), the product must be in saleable condition (saleable condition means the product condition has not been altered or damaged, and is packaged in its original product packaging in the same condition as when the company delivered it to the buyer). The company grants the customer the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days (cannot be refunded as cash, check, or bank transfer) from the date the company approves the return.
